The Western-style Lee jacket worn by Hollywood leading man Clark Gable during the filming of the movie "The Misfits" in 1960 sold in April, 2013 for $6,543.60 in an online auction by the national firm RR Auction of Amherst, N.H. A letter that accompanied the jacket said it was purchased at Parker's Western Wear in Reno as shooting of the film was beginning. From an article in the Reno Gazette Journal.
