Dempsey’s witness indicted

Jack Dempsey's resident witness, local club owner Jim McKay, was indicted by a grand jury for false statements in Dempsey's divorce hearing. McKay was in a hospital in California during the time he said he saw Dempsey every day in Reno, according to this Nevada State Journal article.
